Product execution

Shelf-level product management: flawless execution across every store

Assign, complete, and verify product-level tasks from a mobile phone. One tool to know exactly what to do with each product: restock, change prices, count inventory, and more.

Frogmi product execution in store

The problem isn't the strategy. It's what happens at the shelf

Shelf-level product management is where a commercial plan turns into an actual sale. When it fails, the cost doesn't show up in a report. It shows up as a customer who couldn't find the product.

The customer shows up and the product isn't there

Close stockouts before losing the sale

A stockout gives no warning. A customer looks, doesn't find it, and either grabs another brand or walks out. With Frogmi, the team spots and reports the stockout right from the sales floor, and the system generates the restocking task instantly for the responsible team. The shelf gets filled again before the problem escalates.

The promotion was planned, but not executed the same way everywhere

Make sure every campaign reaches the shelf intact

A promotion that isn't rolled out properly is marketing budget going to waste. Frogmi delivers the campaign to each store's team as concrete, product-level tasks: the price change, the stock check, the display materials required. The team sees the task on their list and executes with clear instructions, with no room for misreading scattered memos.

No one knows what's happening at each shelf until it's too late

Connect corporate systems to the sales floor, in real time

When back-office systems and in-store operations run on separate tracks, information arrives late and decisions get made blind. Frogmi connects the systems already in use to the team on the ground: tasks get generated automatically and results come back instantly. Strategy and store reality stop being two different things.

Master shelf-level product management with Frogmi

Connect the commercial team's strategy to what's actually happening at every shelf, product by product.

01

Bring the task to each product

The team receives, right in the app, what to do with each product at each store: restock, count, change price, or verify the display.

02

Automate from existing systems

The systems already in use generate the tasks and send them to stores, with no manual loading required.

03

Work with up-to-date information

Staff scan the product and instantly see stock, price, the next delivery date, and the reference planogram.

One task per product, not one instruction for an entire section

This is what sets Frogmi apart from a traditional task manager. Frogmi turns every product into its own task: one form, one product, one store.

Traditional Task Manager

One instruction for an entire section

One instruction for an entire section
  • There's no way to know what happened with each individual product.
  • Responses come back bundled together, hard to cross-reference with other systems.

Frogmi's Micro-Task

One task for each product, in each store

One task for each product, in each store
  • Every SKU is traceable on its own.
  • Progress updates in real time, with results synced automatically.

Flawless store execution to maximize profitability

Ensures that your products are in the right store, the right location and with the right price. Tasks arrive from existing systems, from headquarters, or from the team itself on the floor.

Shelf restocking

A stocker spots an empty shelf where beverages should be

The stocker catches the stockout on the floor and flags it from the app with a photo. The restocking task gets generated and assigned automatically, with no need to call a supervisor or step away from the floor.

  • Task flagged right next to the product, on the floor. No need to leave the aisle or wait for instructions.
  • The shelf is full again before the midday peak. No phone calls, no spreadsheets, no waiting around.

Shelf price changes

Pricing sends a price change to the entire network

The pricing system sends the price change for a specific SKU. The team member updates the display and confirms with a photo. The change is logged and trackable by store.

  • The change arrives as a task tied directly to the product, with no need for an internal announcement.
  • Each store confirms with a photo, so the pricing team knows exactly where the change has already been applied.

Inventory count

A cycle count is split only among stores

A cycle count task is generated by category. The team member counts and logs units from the app, and the result syncs with the inventory system to adjust for discrepancies.

  • Counts are organized by product category, not by the entire store at once.
  • Discrepancies show up immediately, product by product, with no need to wait for an administrative cycle to close

In-store stock control

The team reports visible stock on the shelf

The team member reports the stock level visible on the shelf. If a significant discrepancy is detected, a verification or restocking task is automatically generated for the responsible team.

  • The report takes seconds, with no need to leave the floor or interrupt customer service.
  • A new task is only generated when the discrepancy is significant, avoiding unnecessary noise.

Built for adoption with zero friction on the sales floor

A tool store teams actually use is a tool that gets things done. Frogmi is built for the sales floor, not the back office.

Works on the team's own phone

No special hardware required. It runs on the smartphone employees already use, as well as on professional scanners for high volume operations.

All reference information, within reach

While completing a task, staff can pull up exactly what they need to execute correctly: product sheets, instructions, brochures, and reference planograms, through Document management. Always the latest version, with nothing printed or scattered across separate files.

Navigate by image, not by code

The team finds a product by its photo instead of deciphering code lists. Fewer errors, less confusion, and faster adoption on teams with high turnover.

Assigned to teams, not individuals

Any available team member can carry out the task. If someone's out, the operation doesn't stop.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most common questions about how Product execution works in Frogmi.

What is Product execution in Frogmi?

It's Frogmi's solution for bringing commercial management down to the level of each product at each store. It turns tasks like restocking, changing prices, counting inventory, or verifying displays into micro-tasks assigned by SKU, which the team completes from a mobile phone and which sync in real time with company systems.

How is it different from a traditional task manager?

The unit of work is different. A traditional task manager sends one instruction for an entire section and gets back a bundled response that can't be broken down by product. Frogmi works with micro-tasks: each one combines a form, a product, and a store. That means every SKU is traceable on its own, progress shows up product by product, and results sync directly with existing systems.

Does the team have to scan product by product to know what to do?

No. Staff open the app and see their full list of pending tasks for every product at their store, with no scanning required. Scanning comes in to confirm the product while executing a task, or to flag a new task from the floor (a stockout, a loss, a restocking request). Tasks flow in both directions: they arrive already assigned to the team, and the team can also generate them starting from the product itself.

Where do the tasks that the team sees in the app come from?

From several sources. They load automatically via API from existing systems, such as the ERP, the demand planner, or external agents. They're also created from headquarters, one by one or through a bulk Excel upload. And the store team itself can raise them starting from a product when something comes up in the field.

What problems does Frogmi solve in shelf execution?

The most common ones at store level: stockouts that go undetected too long, promotions that get implemented differently from store to store, and a lack of visibility into what's really happening at the shelf. By turning each situation into a concrete, product-level task, the team can act before the problem affects sales.

Does Frogmi have dashboards to monitor product execution?

Yes. Frogmi delivers real-time visibility into progress by store, by team, and by product: how many tasks are pending, how many are complete, and the overall compliance rate. This information makes it possible to prioritize where to step in without waiting for a manual report.

Who are product tasks assigned to?

To a responsible area or team, not a specific individual. Any available team member can pick up and resolve the task. If someone's out, the team retains the ability to get it done.

Can the team report problems from the floor?

Yes. From the app, staff can report stockouts, expired products, price-change requests, and inventory adjustments. Everything gets logged and automatically assigned to the responsible area.

Does Frogmi work on mobile devices for product management?

Yes. It runs on staff's own phones as well as on professional Zebra and Honeywell scanners, with barcode scanning, visual product navigation, and real-time connection to existing systems.

Are planograms available during a task?

Yes, as reference material. Staff can pull up the reference planogram from within the task, through Document management, to check where each product belongs. Frogmi displays the planogram; it doesn't create or optimize it. That's the function of a dedicated planogramming system, which Frogmi can integrate with to always show the current active version.

Does Frogmi let you manage digital planograms?

Not in the sense of creating or editing them: Frogmi doesn't replace a planogramming system. What it does is always display the current active version of the planogram as supporting material within the task, through Document management, and it can integrate with whatever planogramming tool is already in use so that information reaches the floor up to date.

How does Frogmi connect with an ERP or inventory system?

Through a two-way API. Existing systems generate tasks automatically, for example a low-stock alert that creates a restocking task, and receive execution results back in real time. For operations that don't need full automation, loading can also be done through a spreadsheet.
