Frogmi was born from a real need in retail.
This is the path we walked to get here.
In 2014, Frogmi emerged as an opportunity to change the way retail stores operate.
“We realized that even though the technology existed, it didn't provide visibility into what was really happening in stores, and management's perception of it was far from the real operational compliance levels. With Frogmi, they gained visibility into all points of sale simultaneously and without needing to travel, and regained control over what was happening.
Additionally, control shifted from having a negative perception to becoming a support tool for store teams.”
This created gaps in decision-making, affecting both the teams involved and final results. We set out to address and solve this problem with an intuitive approach for in-store staff, business logic and advanced analytics for decision-making.
