In 2014, Frogmi emerged as an opportunity to change the way retail stores operate.

Our experiences in retail projects empirically evidenced the need to manage information at a store level. We observed that there were visibility problems, given the discrepancy between the information received by the headquarters and reality.
This situation generated gaps in decision-making, affecting both the teams involved and the results. We sought to address and solve this problem with an intuitive approach for store personnel, with business logics and advanced decision-making analytics.
