Frogmi Intelligence · AI-powered planogram compliance

The planogram you design, confirmed on every shelf

The planogram defines how the fixture should look. Frogmi follows that plan from the moment it is created until AI confirms, with a photo, that the shelf matches: all on one connected in-store platform.

The problem

Between what was planned and what is on the shelf, there is a gap that almost no one measures in time

A planogram is a decision. The shelf is a fact. When the two don’t match, the space you negotiated or designed stops being honored. What’s missing is a fast, evidence-based way to confirm whether that planogram is being followed in every store.

Without a connected process
With Frogmi
The planogram arrives
A file that travels by email, with no certainty the store received it.
It is published with an effective date, and each store confirms receipt and implementation.
The store implements it
From a printed sheet that becomes obsolete after the first update.
Scan the fixture QR and see the current version, without reprinting anything.
Someone reviews it
The supervisor, by eye, on the next visit.
One photo per section, compared facing by facing against the planogram.
Visibility
Depends on who reviews each fixture: a manual process, fixture by fixture, with no common standard.
The same way of measuring on every shelf: reliable, consistent, and standardized visibility.
Suppliers
Conversations about contracted space with no evidence to back them up.
Compliance report by brand, backed by photography.

How it works

A closed loop, from headquarters to the shelf and back

Frogmi follows the planogram your commercial team designs at every stage, so the shelf looks like the planogram, with a photo that proves it.

  1. Publish

Updated planograms are uploaded and the task is sent to each store, one by one, with the change that applies to it.

  2. Implement

The planogram change arrives as a task with a due date. Each store gets the version that matches its format and fixtures, with what goes in, what comes out, and what moves.

  3. Check compliance

The photo taken in the store is enough for the AI to recognize each product and classify it: out of stock, out of position, unauthorized items, and shelf-label presence.

  4. Maintain

Each fixture has a QR with the current planogram for that section in that store. If a replenisher scans a product barcode, the app shows aisle, fixture, section, shelf level, and how many facings it should have.

  5. Make visible

Findings detected by the AI, grouped by SKU and store format, are visible to your commercial team, and contracted-space compliance is visible to your suppliers.

How each fixture is read

Every product on the fixture is classified automatically, position by position

  1. 01

    Photo

A team member takes a photo of the fixture in the Frogmi platform.

  2. 02

    Recognition

    Frogmi AI identifies every product.

  3. 03

    Comparison

Results are checked against the current planogram and the KPIs are built.

  4. 04

    Action

The finding reaches the team, ready to be fixed.

Correct

Right where it belongs

The planned product, in its position and on its shelf level. Execution matches the planogram.

Out of position

There, but shifted

The right product is on the fixture, just out of its spot. Moving it back to its planned position fixes the issue.

Unauthorized

Shouldn’t be there

A brand that does not belong in the plan, or a product from another fixture.

Out of stock

Missing from the shelf

The position is empty. Sales are lost for as long as the gap remains.

Document management

The current planogram, always within reach in the aisle

Each planogram document or folder has its own QR code. In the aisle, one scan opens the current version of that fixture, with nothing to reprint when the planogram changes.

  • The QR opens only from Frogmi, with secure access and each user’s permissions.
  • Permissions by role, area, and store.
  • One QR per document or folder, always up to date.

Product-level execution

Each product, its own task and a clear position

Every time a planogram changes, each store receives a task to implement the change. Stores confirm implementation, which gives visibility into execution across the entire network.

  • Each update becomes one task per fixture, store by store.
  • The store confirms implementation or reports a problem, such as not enough space on the fixture or a product that is out of stock.
  • Scanning a product’s barcode shows its aisle, fixture, section, shelf level, and number of facings, with no need to look it up in the planogram.

What each team gains

One photo, two conversations that finally have evidence

Your commercial team sees what is happening in every store without waiting for a manual report. Your suppliers see, with evidence, whether the space they negotiated is being respected.

For your commercial team

  • Non-compliance findings detected by AI, grouped by SKU and store format, ready to prioritize.
  • Stockouts, caught in time, before the sale is lost.
  • Share of shelf by brand, facing by facing and shelf level by shelf level.
  • Unauthorized products, neighboring items, and POP materials that do not belong on the fixture.

For your suppliers

  • Compliance with contracted space by brand, backed by photo evidence.
  • Every finding includes the marked position, the date, and the store.
  • The discussion about a space agreement rests on the image, location, and date.
